We are currently experiencing connectivity issues which have resulted in a loss of some services. Our technical team is working assiduously to restore all services.
In the meantime, we will provide $500 free credit to all customers who are currently on the Digicel network to facilitate communication needs. Additional compensation for BlackBerry subscribers who have experienced a complete loss of data services will be addressed tomorrow.
These services will be restored gradually in the shortest time possible.
