Recharge Loyalty Terms
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE DIGICEL ‘Recharge Loyalty’ Promotion
- The ‘Recharge Loyalty’ Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is available to Digicel FLEX (Pre-paid) Customers ONLY.
- In order to participate in the Promotion, Customers must add credit to his/her account (tops up), regardless of the denomination requested, between July 1, 2008 12:00:00 am and July 31, 2008 11:59:59 pm (the ‘Promotion period’).
- On their first top up for the month, during the Promotion period, Customers will receive $200 worth of credit added to his/her account.
- The credit added to the Customer’s account, which is additional to the credit purchased, will be referred to as ‘bonus credit’.
- The bonus credit received when a customer adds credit to his/her account during the Promotion period will expire within a fourteen (14) day period.
- The bonus credit is applied automatically to the Customer’s account when the Customer tops up.
- The bonus credit can only be earned ONCE in the promotion period.
- The bonus credit may be used only to make On-Net calls and for sending On-Net text messages “SMS”.
- The Promotion does not apply to Credit U Transactions.
- The bonus credit is not transferable.
- Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Promotion, to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of these events notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
